Rising Arizona artist J.Tek is making an impact with his new record “Letter To Officer Norman”. His music is a portrayal of his life in which he is relentlessly working to push positivity. He is using “feel good” music as the platform to unite people. As those of you who have kept up to date know, nobody is working harder to bridge police and community relations than Officer Norman.
