550 Madoff truly began to ascend over the last year thanks to singles like “Boss Shit” featuring Kevin Gates, his joint mixtape, 2 Fat Niggas, with Freebandz Gang’s own Casino, and several other collaborations with the likes of Metro Boomin, Will-A-Fool, 21 Savage, and more. Fast forward to today, 550 Madoff is looking to garner attention across the map once again with his new banger “Lights” featuring the FBG boss Future. “Lights” is a slow-winding ode thanks to a deliberate, knocking instrumental that allows 550 and Future to effortlessly sit back in the pocket and coast from start to finish. The Atlanta rapper will be delivering a new mixtape titled Hoodlum later this year, so stay tuned.
