Alicia Keys is having contact again with her dad. She decided to reconsile with him afte the passing of her grandmother in 2006. Her dad had left her and her mother, when she was only 2 yrs old and Alicia had always kept a huge grude towards him for all these years.
But now Alicia and her husband Swizz have a 2 yrs old son themselves. She desided to restore contact. She said ” Me and my dad are getting allong very well, I’ve been angry at him for all these years, with good reason. But if you stay angry, you end up hurting yourself”
