How long have you been a Realtor?

I have been a Realtor for over 20 years

How did you get into the profession?

A lady who sold me my first house in Atlanta, Georgia Liz Johnson put my boots on.

What are the pros and cons of being a Realtor?

All pros no cons schools and taxes.

What are some things that a person looking for a home would not think about that may come up?

You should look at schools, taxes, and the city year plan.

What are the pros and cons of working with celebrities in finding them their dream home?

Working with celebrities is touchy, you have to know what makes them tick ,and you also have to keep in mind how valuable they are and all their corks…lol it can be a lot. It’s very enjoyable rewarding helping celebrities, and helping all people.

What is your end goal at the end of everything and how do you want to be remembered?

The end goal is to continue to flip and build homes till I’m 100 years old. I actually love what I do and wouldn’t want to do anything else in life, I want all my children and grandchildren to learn the game! I want my family to follow in my footsteps!! I want to leave a massive Real Estate portfolio to my children, and my children’s children!! Legacy Legacy Legacy. Tell us about your book and what made you write it?

The art of flipping bricks is a book I wrote to Help the youth, young adults, and older adults enter into the world of real estate investing in a relatable way. It is a really simple straight to the point book with the foreword by Kevin “Coach K“ Lee who is the co-founder of Quality Control Music, and co-author with Clarence KD Mc Nair who is the person who put me in the book world, and helped open my eyes to a whole new world.
