1. How was life coming up as a kid?
Life coming up as a kid was hard for me. My mother and father were in the streets. Me and my Siblings got taken by DCF when we stayed in the Cabrini greens. I saw some horrible things happen to my sisters when we got adopted then my grandma came to get us.
2. What made you fall in love with boxing?
What made me fall in love with boxing. I was always in the street fighting as a kid, so I always had it in me and my uncle used to watch Rocky movies all the time. The first time I ever stepped in the gym and saw the atmosphere the hand wraps people hitting in the bag and sparring I knew this was for me.
3. What was the hardest lesson you learned, being a professional boxer?
The hardest lesson I have learned being a professional boxer for me is staying focused. Your mind can get the best of you because distractions will come in life.
4. What other business ventures do you have and what are some other things you are passionate about?
My other business venture is giving back to my communities. Where I’m buying land and making different avenues for my people. I’m passionate about working with children.
5. What do you want your legacy to be when it’s all said and done?
What do I want my legacy to be? When it’s all said and done well I’m the first ever GraveDigger in the sport of boxing. I would love to become undisputed. I want to get a world title belt in about 3 to 4 boxing weight classes. Get in the Hall of Fame and become a boxing legend.
