“After releasing an under the radar success in Futuristic Soul Vol. 1, I wanted bring another interpretation of progressive Hip Hop and soul music to the forefront with Vol. 2. Vermouth, the lead song from this project features a funk bassline and smoky guitar brought to you by my homies and production team STRANGEMETALS (Kaio and Taylor AC). I brought the vocals along to match the tone of the instrumental, smoky, smooth and sentimental. When you listen to this one think about your issues vs her issues. You won’t hear anything else like this out right now. All in all this leaves a refreshing taste, enough to wet our pallet until we receive the follow up to Futurist Soul Vol. 1, which is slated to drop very soon.
