Meet Rising Michigan Artist Rusty Drake

Rusty Drake is a Michigan native who incorporates everything from Grunge to Rhythm & Blues to Southern Rock styles into his enlightened and therapeutic artistry. The song “Tears” speaks of God’s grace and mercy upon us as we navigate the various struggles of life. Rusty Drake, of Higher Power Ent. Gods Label, is a testament to the influence of a praying mother, which he expresses through this beautiful worship ballad.

“I am a Christian Rock blues/Contemporary artist from Northern Michigan. I am a Singer-Songwriter and have been playing music my whole life. I have performed concerts all over the country, led worship in church services, and have been writing Christian music, sharing God’s word through music.”
