MediaTakeOut.com just received a report that last night a physician visited Kim Kardashian at her home – to treat her for a bout of what’s being described as “acute morning sickness”. That’s the same illness that Princess Kate Middleton is suffering from. Princess Kate was hospitalized for a week.
