Moving with a purpose comes naturally to royalty, so it’s fitting that rising singer/songwriter Tonika‘s newest release is titled “Queen.”
The L.A. native has always seen the best in herself, pursuing higher education in biomedical engineering and excelling at that before her foray into music. She loved her professional achievements but her soul sought the freedom to truly express itself in all its glory.
“Queen,” from her debut FreeQueency, achieves that on a grand scale with its inspiring and artistic visuals.
The video represents the Queen not only in Tonika, but countless young girls and women just like her. It features a range of queens of all ages, led by Tonika, decked out in vibrant colors fit for a monarch. You can watch the video below.
