Top Floor Music Group recording artist Xavier is a fast-rising new L.A.-by-way-of-New Mexico star gaining a lot of attention with his new single, “Delinquents”. Produced by Beat Boy, directed by KevWithTheCam, Xavier hit the streets with the hooligans to pull a few dirty deeds on the road to get to the bag.
The 26-year-old is gritty, crafty, and impressive. “Delinquents” is the third release of the year by Xavier. Last year, Xavier caught the attention of his following with his popular, Apostrophes EP. Showing a lot of promise as a recording artist, “Delinquents” is another great addition to this fast-rising stars exciting new sound.
